Cast of “The Mooring” announced

LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 2, 2009 - In House Media Film Partners 1, LLC, has announced the cast of the full-length feature film “The Mooring.”

Actress Hallie Todd, best known for her role as Lizzie’s mom on the hit Disney show “Lizzie McGuire,” will play the role of Nancy. Todd returns to acting after a hiatus during which she and her husband, actor and photographer Glenn Withrow, focused on their production company, In House Media, and acting conservatory, Hallie Todd Studios, which has been recognized by ABC Primetime, the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times Sunday Magazine.

Withrow and Todd cast their students in the film, all of them discovered through acting workshops and classes held around the country.

The cast includes Lilli Hendrickson of Washington as Justine; Hailee Naccarato of Washington as Holly; Larissa Hayden of Texas as Remi; Erin McIntosh, of Idaho as Claire; Anna Goodwin of Washington as Margot; Olivia Meyer of Washington as Madison; Karli Blalock of Oklahoma as Ashley; Jessica Pepeli of California as Natalie; Katie Simpson of Washington as Dawn, and Brooklyn Tate of Colorado as Mickey.

“We’re very excited to give these young actors their first big roles,” Withrow said. “I think people will be very impressed with the level of talent they will bring to the screen.”

The movie is the brain child of Todd and Withrow's daughter, Ivy Withrow, 15. The screenplay was written by Hallie Todd, Glenn Withrow and Ivy Withrow.

Principal photography is set to begin on location in Idaho in July 2009, with Glenn Withrow directing.
